项目由浙商建业与阿里巴巴合作项目，位于杭州仓前高教区内，总建筑面积15万平方米，项目集shoppingmall、高端酒店、精品高尚住宅为一体，定位为区域商业配套中心，项目内设有阿里巴巴旗下的购物中心亲橙里，汇集了来自全球的黑科技产品，同时也植入了一系列阿里推出的新零售技术，如刷脸消费、AR导购、千人千面魔幻试衣等
