宁波银泰项目位于宁波市东部新城核心区行政办公综合区南区（D3地块），基地北至中山路、南至百丈路、东至院士路，西至河清路。

宁波东部银泰城灯光结合建筑的呈现效果，利用充满动态及现代品味的流线灯管设计，组合出完全开敞的空间形式，使建筑的夜景与周围的环境之间成为一个有机的结合体。
